After completion of Needs Analysis, Admor analyst team performs a full needs assessment. Need assessment determines the exact nature of an organizational problem and how it can be resolved. It becomes the basis for recommendations about process improvements, process automation through business applications and possible integration and customizations.

In this stage the project leaders confer with the organization's management to determine what kind of high-level functionality should be implemented in the business applications to meet the pre-defined business requirements.
